- Help calibrate and improve on quality parameters
- Work with clients to meet their quality requirements
- Work with weak performers to improve their quality level
- Manage end to end operations for the vertical and increase operation scalability for the organization
- Create & Implement a road map for continuous improvement for the organization Commission Quality Assurance for the process
- Performing quality control checks at all the steps
- Evaluate the quality and integrity of study site practices related to the proper conduct of the protocol and adherence to applicable regulations.
- Escalate quality issues to relevant line manager.
- Willing to work night shifts.
