You can also learn our AI and bot powered accounting automation software solutions and offer them as well. We need people who understand our client’s needs, consult with them and close the deal. You will be on the front line of our sales team with a chance for real growth (Uncapped commission). Previous experience in the Staffing industry is helpful, but not mandatory. The main ingredient we are looking for is someone with a demonstrated ability to sell business to business, who will make a great first impression of our company and to close the business.

What you will be doing

Maintain knowledge of staffing services in the accounting area.
Build relationships with key decision makers in the accounting industry and provide outsourced staffing solutions.
Call and follow up with inbound leads, also do outbound calls to generate referrals
Convert qualified prospects and complete the sale
Demonstrated success in building and growing business organically
Be an account executive for closed deals
Communicate and work with other teams in the organization to ensure client satisfaction
Travel to tradeshows and exhibit services
Travel to client sites as needed

You must have

A reliable computer with at least 8GB of RAM (No iPads, tables, smartphone or Chromebooks) with 2 way headset to make and listen to calls
