Business Development Executive / Manager

  • Class: W2 Full Time - Direct hire with company
  • Work location: Fully remote – anywhere in USA
  • Salary Range: $60,000 to $125,000 (plus uncapped commission)

Are you looking to maximize your potential in sales/business development. Join our business development team to sell staffing solutions to the accounting industry. You can also learn our AI and bot powered accounting automation software solutions and offer them as well. We need people who understand our client’s needs, consult with them and close the deal. You will be on the front line of our sales team with a chance for real growth (Uncapped commission). Previous experience in the Staffing industry is helpful, but not mandatory. The main ingredient we are looking for is someone with a demonstrated ability to sell business to business, who will make a great first impression of our company and to close the business.

What you will be doing

  • Maintain knowledge of staffing services in the accounting area.
  • Build relationships with key decision makers in the accounting industry and provide outsourced staffing solutions.
  • Call and follow up with inbound leads, also do outbound calls to generate referrals
  • Convert qualified prospects and complete the sale
  • Demonstrated success in building and growing business organically
  • Be an account executive for closed deals
  • Communicate and work with other teams in the organization to ensure client satisfaction
  • Travel to tradeshows and exhibit services
  • Travel to client sites as needed
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

You must have

  • A reliable computer with at least 8GB of RAM (No iPads, tables, smartphone or Chromebooks) with 2 way headset to make and listen to calls
  • Highspeed Internet Connection - 25mbps speed or higher
