Agentic AI Developer – Voice & Text Applications

Job Overview

We are seeking an Agentic AI Developer with hands-on experience in building and fine-tuning voice and text-based AI applications. The ideal candidate will focus on increasing the accuracy and reliability of outputs from autonomous AI agents, including chatbot and voicebot systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy agentic AI applications using LLMs for text and voice interfaces
• Fine-tune open-source and proprietary models to improve task completion and response accuracy
• Train and optimize small language models (SLMs and LLMs) for high-speed, low-latency use cases
• Work with speech-to-text and text-to-speech tools to improve voice interaction
• Integrate tools and APIs/MCP for planning, memory, search, scheduling, and RAG pipelines
• Create evaluation systems for agent behavior and ensure task performance is verifiable
• Analyze errors, improve prompt chains, and apply guardrails to minimize hallucinations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship product-ready AI agents
• Build and manage AI models for business use
• Create smart chatbots and support tools
• Work on AI features like summarization, search, and Q&A
• Clean and prepare data for training AI models
• Collaborate with our development and data teams
• Test and improve AI systems to make them more accurate

Required Skills

• Strong Python programming with clean, structured code
• Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Mistral, LLaMA, etc.)
• Experience with voice technologies (e.g., Whisper, ElevenLabs, Google STT/TTS)
• Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
• Experience with model fine-tuning or LoRA adapters
• Familiarity with agent frameworks like AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom agents
• Ability to write testable, high-accuracy logic and error recovery flows
• Clear understanding of task decomposition and agent orchestration
• Strong debugging and optimization skills

Preferred

• Background in NLP or speech systems
• Knowledge of RAG pipelines
• Experience in handling large unstructured datasets
• Familiarity with containerized deployments and cloud environments
