We offer several methods on how we offer our bookkeeping services to you. This gives you the freedom to choose the best option that fits your needs.

Method 1) Remote Access: We login to the PC at your office using a secure connection and complete the bookkeeping tasks.

Step 1: You provide the source documents to us. You scan the source documents and put them in your PC OR fax them to our toll free number by 5pm.

Step 2: We connect to your PC using an encrypted connection. We login to your PC using a secure encrypted service such as gotomypc.com or a VPN

Step 3: We do the bookkeeping tasks and logout. You open the files the next morning and find the files updated in your own computer.

Advantage: Information/Data never leaves your office.

Method 2) Software at our server: We install the desktop software you provide at our office PC.

Step1 : You provide the source documents to us. You scan the source documents and upload the files in our secure server OR fax them to our toll free number by 5pm.

Step 2: We do the bookkeeping tasks the same night. The software the we use are Quickbooks, Peachtree, SAGE, Peachtree and Microsoft SBA. If you have other software you prefer to use we learn it use it for your record keeping.

Step 3: We send you the updated files by uploading the completed file on our secure server. You download the file the next day morning when you come to work.

Advantage: More productive.

ASP Access / Online version of software: We do the bookkeeping tasks using an ASP or an online version of the software.

Step 1: You provide the source documents to us. You scan the source documents and put them in your PC OR fax them to our number by 5pm.

Step 2: We use an online version of the bookkeeping software. We connect to the ASP or the online version of the software to perform the bookkeeping tasks.

Step 3: We do the bookkeeping tasks overnight and logout. You can login to the online accounting bookkeeping software and view the completed work 24 x 7.

Advantage: Ability to view completed work from anywhere, anytime.
