You can scan/fax/email your source (invoices, recepits, bills) documents. These documents are viewed by our staff using a secure internet connection. The write up tasks are done by viewing your information through a secure internet connection.

One of the options we have with working with you is to log into your computer. We can use a secure 128 bit software service to login to your computer and do the bookkeeping entries right on your PC. Your source documents can be uploaded on your PC as well. When you arrive at work the next day morning your records are up to date and your information never leaves your office.
