Business Development Manager will play a critical role in helping to grow Integra accounting staffing outsourcing area.

  • Identify potential opportunities with companies through research, referrals, networking and cold calling.
  • Initiate relationships with prospective clients by researching jobs and organizations and connecting with key stakeholders.
  • Present information related to recruiting and staffing services and utilize business development strategies to capitalize on new opportunities and drive growth.
  • Plan and prioritize activities based on criticality.
  • Source prospective clients through referrals, networking, social media, internet research, sales leads and direct contact.
  • Prepare and present professional service proposals to clients.
  • Maximize existing relationships by engaging clients
  • Interface with internal teams to ensure all lines of business within Integra are effectively represented to our customer base
  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
  • Attend and or present at industry events, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new service offerings and other relevant ideas to increase business.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Forecast sales targets and meet them.
  • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
  • Work with marketing staff to get the necessary help
  • Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.
  • Present business development training and mentoring to other junior business developers and other internal staff.
  • Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities.
  • Understand the company's goal and purpose so that will continually enhance the company's performance.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and sales related activities
  • Experience in a staffing, corporate recruiting or professional sales environment is a plus
  • Must have proven experience with B2B cold calls, securing accounts, and account management
  • A strong work ethic and sense of commitment
  • Past history of exceeding personal individual goals while working in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in a very fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
  • Closing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships built on honesty and integrity
  • Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
  • Travel as required, to conferences and client visit.
  • Should be eligible to work in the USA
  • Bachelors degree is preferred
