RPA Developer (UiPath)

Job summary:

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer (UiPath) with at least 3 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in UiPath, REFramework, Orchestration, and UiPath Cloud. Additionally, experience with MySQL, document understanding, and attended/unattended bot deployment is essential.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath automation workflows.
• Implement automation solutions using UiPath REFramework for scalable and reusable workflows.
• Work with UiPath Orchestrator for bot scheduling, monitoring, and error handling.
• Configure and manage attended and unattended bots for enterprise-wide automation.
• Develop automation for document understanding using UiPath AI-powered solutions.
• Integrate RPA solutions with MySQL databases for data processing and storage.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze automation requirements.
• Ensure best practices in error handling, logging, and exception management.
• Work with UiPath Cloud for cloud-based automation and bot deployment.
• Optimize automation workflows for scalability, performance, and efficiency.
• Conduct code reviews and troubleshooting to ensure quality and compliance.
• Stay updated with the latest UiPath updates, tools, and industry best practices.

Required skills & qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in UiPath development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
• Hands-on experience in MySQL database integration with RPA solutions.
• Understanding of document processing and OCR technologies within UiPath.
• Experience in attended and unattended bot development and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath Cloud and cloud-based RPA solutions.
• Good understanding of robotic process automation (RPA) best practices.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in working with APIs and third-party integrations (Nice to have).
• Knowledge of AI/ML-powered automation solutions (Nice to have).

Preferred qualifications:

• UiPath Certified RPA Developer (UiRPA) or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism (Nice to have).
• Familiarity with Python or C# scripting for automation enhancements.
