Integra was incorporated in Pennsylvania in 2004. No grand vision. No big funding round. Just a belief that good people doing good work for businesses who needed it could build something worth building. Twenty-two years later, that's still what we are.

We started with a handful of clients and a small team. We did good work. Clients stayed. They referred others. We grew.

Over two decades, Integra evolved. We moved from business process outsourcing into knowledge process outsourcing, then into technology and AI adding services as our clients asked for them and building specialist teams for the industries we served best. Today we are a 1600-person operation, headquartered in Pittsburgh with offices in London, delivery centres in India and the Philippines, and clients across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland.

In recent years we took everything learned from 22+ years of outsourcing and built it into technology. Integra Balance AI and Integra Build AI are proprietary platforms developed by our own team combining the speed of artificial intelligence with the accuracy of human expertise.
