Job Description

  • Graduate with good written and oral communication skills.
  • Lead and manages a team of research agents in the optimal execution of general operations.
  • Experience in web research is added value.
  • Should have Basic knowledge in MS-Office and proficient in MS-Excel.
  • Ensure each team member meets/exceeds their goals and metrics on daily, weekly, monthly basis. Report the same to the respective management team on daily basis.
  • Daily planning on resource utilization and manages the production queue without having backlogs.
  • Conducts performance management activities for team members supervised. And conducts timely planning, assessment and feedback meeting whenever required.
  • Monitor the performance standards of the team against planned objectives (KRA/KPI), and recommending or taking corrective actions.
  • Understand client requirements and provide accurate response for the same.
  • Handle leave approvals appropriately.
  • Provide/Facilitate necessary process training to the new team members with proper training plans.
