Roles and Responsibilities

  • Minimum 2+ experience as process trainer/ process coach in an MNC for US projects
  • Willing to learn new and multiple processes
  • Implement new interactive training plans and training methods
  • Create online questionnaires and surveys related to the processes
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have the ability to train freshers from the scratch on the projects
  • Monitor the progress of the trainees and provide constructive feedback
  • Monitor exiting agents' performance and provide re-training to non-performers

  • MS Office
