Roles and Responsibilities
- Minimum 2+ experience as process trainer/ process coach in an MNC for US projects
- Willing to learn new and multiple processes
- Implement new interactive training plans and training methods
- Create online questionnaires and surveys related to the processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to train freshers from the scratch on the projects
- Monitor the progress of the trainees and provide constructive feedback
- Monitor exiting agents' performance and provide re-training to non-performers

- MS Office
