  • Work with International clients
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Good at attention to detail in customer support
  • Experience in call center or customer support role is an advantage
  • Excellent listening and answering skills
  • Any diploma, UG or PG degree

What would be your responsibilities?

  • Work only with International clients
  • Get trained on customer's product or service
  • Answer inbound international calls and provide appropriate responses
  • Reply to inbound customer emails in a professional manner
  • Train your juniors and guide them
  • Develop good relationship with clients
  • Meet customer expectations
  • Take responsibility and ownership of your projects
