Digital dictation devices (Recorder, PDA)
Digital Recorders, PDA's or tablet PC's and all major audio formats used by digital dictation devices are supported by us. Our medical transcription Web system has inbuilt support for transferring dictation audio files to us. Audio files received through our Internet system is transcribed and is available to the physician office within 24 hours.
Toll Free Number
Toll free number option is available for all dictators. Individual access codes are provided to the dictators. This ensures HIPAA compliance as well as makes it easy for tracking transcriptions and dictations. Dictations using toll free numbers are controlled using the dialpad numbers of the phone. A record number is provided after a completed dictation.
